Job description

We're seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants in the Brooklyn area to provide essential care at our clients' homes. As a home health aide with Premier, you will deliver exceptional care that helps our clients stay safe and comfortable at home. Duties

1. Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
3. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
4. Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical personnel.
5. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

1. Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
2. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
3. Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping.
4. Completion of NY State-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent.
5. Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
6. Minimum age of 18 years.
