Make a Difference Every Day

Your Role

• Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
• Support clients’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being
• Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
• Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
• Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation

Skills And Qualifications (required)

• Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
• If you have experience as a CDPAP personal assistance you may qualify for an ACD class where you can earn a PCA certificate. Complete the application and ask your recruiter.
• Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
• Drug screening
• Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or titers)
• TB screening – provide a negative QuantiFeron test; if positive, requires a chest X‑ray
• Past agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid government‑issued ID and Social Security documentation
• Reliable transportation to commute to clients’ homes
