Caring Companions LLC is hiring Part Time Caregivers to provide in-home support, ADLs, companionship, and transportation for clients in Windsor, CT. You will match with clients based on your skills, personality, and availability, with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends.

We offer a supportive team, 24/7 office staff, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement through ongoing training and development. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• 2 years hands-on professional experience OR recent CNA program completion.
• Must be compassionate, reliable and dedicated.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and incontinence care as needed.
• Provide companionship and safety supervision.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.

Our caregivers work with Dementia, Parkinson's, Bedbound, Wheelchair Bound, Companionship Cases, etc.

Caring Companions is hiring Part Time Caregivers who can work short and long shifts during the week and/or weekend.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• 2 years of hands-on professional experience OR recent successful completion of a CNA program
• Must be Compassionate, Reliable, Dedicated

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, kneel, bend at knees, and squat throughout the day
• Ability to safely assist clients in and out of a vehicle and safely lift a wheelchair or walker weighing up to 50lbs into and out of a vehicle
• Physical ability to lift and transfer clients with proper body mechanics
• Use arms, legs, feet, hands, and fingers to assist clients with performing tasks of daily living
• Frequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as lifting, light housekeeping, walking, and driving
