Job summary

Nova Leap Health is seeking dependable caregivers to join our growing in-home care team in Deerfield, MA. You’ll provide one-on-one support to help clients live safely and independently at home, delivering personal care and companionship.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and ensuring a safe, comfortable home. Prior caregiving or CNA/HHA credentials preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

Flexible Scheduling
