FAST TRACK OPTIONS include Track 1: TEST OUT OPTION with CNA Handbook, Q&A, and upfront CNA test payment; newly certified CNAs can start immediately at the facility. Track 2: WORK WHILE YOU LEARN allows PCAs to work up to four months in a CNA role while completing the course and test out.

Shores of Worthington is currently looking for a PCA looking to be on the fast track to working as a CNA!

FAST TRACK OPTIONS

Track 1: TEST OUT OPTION

• We will provide the CNA Handbook & Skills Handbook needed to study before testing out.
• We will provide a Q&A with our team to ask any questions before testing out.
• We will pay for the CNA test upfront once the test is passed.
• Newly certified CNAs will be able to start immediately facility.

Track 2: WORK WHILE YOU LEARN

The Facility will assist PCAs with signing up and paying for a local CNA course. While taking the course, PCAs will be able to work in a CNA role for up to FOUR months while they finish the course and test out.

• This option allows PCAs to take the traditional course while making money.
• PCAs will have upfront training in the facility to help them feel comfortable in the new position.
• Real on-the-job experience that will help during the coursework.
