Job summary

HomeChoice Healthcare in Wendell, NC is seeking part-time PCAs and CNAs to join our caregiving team. This role offers flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday, with occasional weekday fill-in shifts based on client needs.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and offer companionship while following the client's care plan and company policies. Weekend availability is preferred to ensure coverage and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA certification/training required or applicable.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Dependable and punctual with good time management.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic care approach.
• Ability to work independently in home care settings.
• Weekend availability preferred to support client needs.
• Previous home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client's care plan and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and families.
