Job summary

Bios Health in Sapulpa, OK is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to help seniors remain independent in their homes. No CNA certificate or previous healthcare experience is required; training is provided, and opportunities include full-time or part-time schedules with daytime hours.

As a PCA, you’ll perform one-on-one care, assist with daily activities, mobility, companionship, and safe home support, following each client’s Plan of Care while documenting services for families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance in your name.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one care to seniors in clients' homes.
• Assisting with daily activities and personal care.
• Helping clients move around their home safely.
• Providing companionship and support.
• Transportation when needed.

What You'll Do

As a PCA, you'll provide one-on-one assistance to seniors in their homes. Depending on the needs of the person you're supporting, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily activities and personal care
• Helping clients safely move around their home
• Providing companionship and support
• Transportation when needed
• Following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Documenting services provided
• Communicating with clients, families, and supervisors
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
