Job summary

Bios Health in Sapulpa, OK is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to clients. You will work in clients’ homes, following each Plan of Care and helping with daily activities while ensuring safety and independence.

Responsibilities include documenting services, transporting clients as needed, and communicating with families and supervisors to coordinate care. Flexible schedules and ongoing training are offered to support growth in a caring ESOP environment.
