Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care Manassas is seeking certified PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs for full-time morning shifts (typically 7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 5pm) to help seniors live safely and comfortably at home. Qualifications

• Current Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA certification.
• Active CPR card and negative TB test.
• Must pass a background screening (no barrier crimes).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely.

Responsibilities

• Personal care support (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Safe mobility and transfer assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal prep and grocery errands
• Providing companionship and engagement activities
• Medication reminders and accurate documentation
• Transporting clients as needed
