Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care Manassas is now hiring Virginia-licensed PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs for full-time afternoon shifts (typically 3pm–11pm). Help clients stay comfortable and independent at home while enjoying steady, rewarding work with a supportive team. Other shifts and surrounding locations available.

Qualifications

• Virginia PCA/HHA/CNA license required in Virginia.
• CPR certification and TB screening required.
• Clear background check per Virginia HCO requirements.
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance required.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs. and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Provide mobility and transfer support.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Medication reminders and care documentation.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Transportation for appointments or social activities.

Education
