Job summary

Assisting Hands of Manassas is seeking certified PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs for full-time morning shifts to help seniors live safely at home. Join a supportive agency that values your work and offers on-demand pay and mileage reimbursement.

You’ll perform personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and care documentation. Requirements: Virginia PCA/HHA/CNA cert, CPR, TB test, background check, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
• Active CPR card and negative TB test
• Must pass a background screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely

Responsibilities

• Personal care support (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Safe mobility and transfer assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal prep and grocery errands
• Providing companionship and engagement activities
• Medication reminders and accurate documentation
• Transporting clients as needed
