Country Meadows Retirement Communities in Harrisburg, PA is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA). No experience required; pay starts at $16.75/hour - $19.75/hour with the opportunity to earn more based on shift preference and experience. Full time or PRN positions available.

You will provide one-on-one support to residents, assist with daily routines, socialization and overall well-being. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time

Qualifications

PCA Responsibilities:

PCA Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
