  • Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
  • Prepare meals according to client preferences and nutritional needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Observe changes in condition and report them promptly.
  • Document services accurately and on time per care plan.
  • Follow each client’s plan of care and task sheet.
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of client information.
  • Respond quickly during emergencies and adhere to safety protocols.

Job description

We are seeking competent, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their everyday lives. Applicants must be polite, professional, reliable, and effective communicators. Previous experience assisting elderly individuals or people with disabilities and performing light housekeeping duties is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living.
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide medication reminders.
  • Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences.

  • Assist clients with shopping and errands.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers when required.
  • Follow each client’s plan of care and assigned task sheet.
  • Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
  • Document services accurately and on time.
  • Respond quickly and responsibly during emergencies.
  • Protect clients’ privacy, dignity, and confidential information.
  • Perform other authorized personal care duties as assigned.
