Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a PCA to provide one-on-one support to residents in daily routines, socialization and well-being. Pay starts at $18.75–$19.75/hour with opportunities to earn more based on experience.

Full-time night and afternoon shifts and part-time afternoon shifts are available on our Hershey campuses. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted by policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including listening and reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level for safe, efficient performance.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
