Country Meadows Retirement Communities in York, PA is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support residents’ daily routines, provide companionship, and promote overall well-being in a home-like setting. Roles include assisting with activities, social engagement, and daily care tasks.

The position offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options with shifts from 7am-3pm (full-time) and other part-time slots. Competitive pay with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others' thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.

Pay starts at $16.75 - $18.75/hour, based on shift preference, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.
