Job summary

Lifesong Hospice is seeking a compassionate PCA to provide one-on-one support to residents in daily routines and activities at our Allentown campus.

You will build meaningful bonds, assist with daily living tasks, and promote well‑being while working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers full-time and part-time options with competitive pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to other thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.

Pay starts at $16.75 - $19.75/hour (based on shift preference), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.
