Job summary

Tohono O'odham Nation Healthcare is seeking an IT Support Technician to investigate and resolve software and hardware issues for computer users across TONHC facilities, including temporary relocation to Sells Hospital and other centers.

Under general supervision, you will install, modify, and repair PC hardware and software, provide training, and maintain system documentation while supporting a range of devices and network services.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, plus 3 years of related work experience.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required.
• Background check and DMV requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for users.
• Provide technical assistance and training to system users.
• Log and track incidents using problem management database.
• Install hardware and software packages as needed.
• Assist with network, email, and intranet system maintenance.
