Goldbelt seeks a PC Technician to support users in a fast-paced operational environment and mission-focused settings. The role involves resolving issues, deploying hardware, and maintaining software and licenses across locations.

Qualified candidates will have the DoDD 8570 II certification, diverse experience, and a TS/SCI clearance. A strong customer-service mindset and clear communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• DoDD 8570 01-M IAT II certification is required.
• Minimum 6 years with HS Diploma; 4 years with Associate’s; 2 years with Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year as a PC Tech or Help Desk; DoD TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshooting and proactively resolving technical issues.
• Responding to requests for technical support and providing recommendations.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintaining software inventory and overseeing licensing and upgrades.
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
• Data migration and hardware standardization efforts.
• Performing additional duties as needed.
