Job summary

Talent on Staffing is seeking a seasoned PC/IS Engineer to lead instrumentation and control engineering for food & beverage manufacturing projects in the US. You will design electrical systems, prepare datasheets, and coordinate with customers, offshore teams, vendors, and construction crews.

The role emphasizes startup supervision, process equipment electricals, and robust control networks. Ideal candidates have BE/B.Tech or higher in Instrumentation & Control and relevant industry experience.

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / BS / MS in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in Food & Beverage / FMCG / Process Manufacturing / Packaging environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop engineering designs and packages for power & instrumentation installations.
Define project scope and coordinate with customers, offshore teams, vendors, and construction teams.
Prepare and review engineering deliverables.
Participate in customer/design review meetings.
Support construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
Lead electrical startup of process and packaging equipment.
Instrument Datasheets, I/O Lists, Instrument Lists, Loop Drawings & Wiring Diagrams.
PLC, SCADA and industrial control networks.
Control System Architecture and JB/Instrument Plot Plans.
Cable tray and field instrument installation design.
