Job summary

BASX, located in Redmond, Oregon, is seeking an entry-level Paint Department role to support production in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a growing crafts team helping deliver high-quality coating processes.

As a core team member, you will operate the paint line, assist with setup and maintenance, and serve as the department's forklift driver while adhering to procedures and contributing to on-time delivery and continuous

Job Description:

• Works in all activities of the paint department

Essential Physical Functions:

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
