We welcome people who have a passion for ingenuity, perseverance, and pride, and who love innovation and the satisfaction of knowing their work matters.**General Description**Provide maintenance on specialized commercial HVAC systems according to Company standards providing the customer with high quality experience.**Other position details*** Start up and service mechanical and electronic equipment.* Utilize hand tools and test equipment to perform work.* Review work order and related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for installation or repair assignment.* Discuss assignment with customer’s representative and inspect installation site to verify that electrical wires, conduit, switches, and circuit breakers are installed according to specification.* Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to detect malfunction and repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools and power tools.* Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repair equipment utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.* Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.* Document service calls and start ups noting product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
