Job summary

HEICO is seeking an entry-level PC Assembler II in Florida to join a production environment. You will assemble and inspect PC boards by following drawings and procedures, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

As you learn, you will perform diverse assembly tasks, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and develop foundational electronic assembly skills in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares boards to be assembled by studying work instructions, procedures, blueprint specifications, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles and inspects assemblies under magnification in accordance with standardized processes, procedures and methods.
• Performs assembly steps with little or no assistance, including PC board assembly and soldering, mechanical assembly and inspection.
• Completes adjustments or replacements of component parts.
• Reads and interprets drawings, specifications or written instructions.
• Recognizes subtle functional problems, defective parts or other abnormalities.
• Handles various types of assemblies and must be able to learn to perform any new assembly task.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
