Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a PBX Phone Operator to deliver warm, hospitality-focused service and assist guests with resort information, reservations, and rate quotes.

You will answer incoming calls, greet guests from around the world, and confirm reservations for individuals or groups while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Availability includes holidays, weekends, and PM shifts (3pm-11:30pm).

You’ll extend hospitality with heart in everything you do, from sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions to providing room rate quotes and confirming reservations.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $24.50.
