The Member Service Administration Division at BCBST is looking to add a PBX Operator to our team! This position will receive and route incoming telephone calls. Previous call center or switchboard experience is preferred. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with all lines of business within BCBST by answering and re-directing phone calls to the appropriate team or individual, to suit the callers’ needs. Experience in Member Service Administration (MSA) is highly preferred. Commercial Operations experience is a plus. This remote role will have a rotating shift to cover the hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET.
