Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Telephone Operator to create a warm first impression by answering calls, scheduling wake-ups, handling guest requests, and ensuring accurate information is provided with a friendly voice.

Responsibilities include directing calls, processing wake-up requests, handling laundry dispatches, and documenting requests. Onsite work with a 24-hour department, background check required, and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must pass background check.
• Flexible scheduling due to 24-hour department.

Position Summary

As a Telephone Operator, you set the first impression for Kiawah Island Golf Resort by answering incoming calls efficiently and with a friendly attitude. Operators always show compassion, consideration, and consistently provide accurate and precise information to our guests with a smile in our voice. Operators are responsible for patiently resolving guests’ concerns and graciously complying with their needs.Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay will be determined during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Must work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• 24 Hour Department- Not Able to Accommodate Set Schedules

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds across short-medium distance.
• Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
