Qualifications

• 2+ years of PBM licensing, regulatory filing, and reporting experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience using SERFF, NIPR, and state filing portals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage PBM licensing and regulatory reporting activities
• Coordinate and submit regulatory filings through SERFF, NIPR, and state filing portals
• Monitor compliance requirements and help ensure regulatory adherence
• Research regulatory and legal issues and provide recommendations
• Maintain records for licensing and compliance activities
• Support audits and internal compliance initiatives
• Communicate with regulators as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide timely guidance
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
