Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in legal/contracts/administration or related environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with guidance.
• Proficiency with MS Word including tracked changes, comments and document comparison.

Responsibilities

• Draft versions of contracts from templates for attorney review.
• Process revisions and incorporate comments from internal partners.
• Assist with intake, tracking, and administration of open contract files.
