Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a legal, contracts, administrative, business operations, project coordination, or similar environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, including tracked changes, comments, and document comparison.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with guidance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft contract documents from templates for attorney review and track revisions.
• Process subsequent versions with client or consultant revisions.
• Coordinate intake, tracking and administration of open contract files.
• Assist with cross-functional coordination and partner communications.
