Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in US payroll, 5+ years in leadership, CPP certification, and deep experience with Workday and ADP Smart Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPP certification preferred or equivalent payroll leadership credential.
• 10+ years of US payroll experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong Workday Payroll configuration, reporting, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own final review, approval, and transmission of biweekly US payroll for all employees.
• Lead Payroll Supervisor and act as back-up for payroll tasks.
• Oversee pension payroll cycle and tax withholdings; ensure compliance with laws and union agreements.
