Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll items timely and accurately.
• Compile, enter and reconcile data entry associated with assigned payrolls.
• Troubleshoot and assist with employee related issues as needed.
• Prepare and reconcile various reports related to employee compensation, medical, and retirement benefit plans.
• Support and assist with monthly State Labor status verifications.
• Support and assist with the processing of garnishments as needed.
• Assist with quarter-end and year-end tax preparation as needed.
