Accenture is seeking a Payroll Tax Senior Analyst to lead and optimize payroll operations in Beaverton, OR. You will manage onshore/offshore resources, ensure timely delivery, and drive process improvements while adhering to local payroll regulations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, customer service focus, and experience with payroll systems, including Workday. CPP certification is preferred, with opportunities to enhance benefits processing and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Payroll Tax.
• Knowledge of local payroll practices, regulations and reporting.
• Experience in processing multi-state payrolls including garnishments, banking, GL reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of onshore and offshore resources within area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the overall delivery of payroll processes and meet or exceed SLAs.
• Drive process change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understand local payroll regulations to ensure accurate employee pay.
• Train team members on new procedures and policies.
• Provide timely updates and resolutions to escalations.
• Support benefits administration with 3rd party providers.
