Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll tax notices is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers via email and phone.
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices with guidance from teammates.
