Live Nation Entertainment in Houston, TX is seeking a Payroll Tax professional to manage federal, state and local payroll tax accounts, work with third-party providers, and ensure accurate tax reporting.

You will resolve notices, handle year-end W-2 processing, and maintain confidentiality while supporting the payroll team with complex issues. This role offers a hybrid work model in a leading live entertainment company.

Competenze

• 5 years of payroll tax experience in an organization with > 2000 employees
• Proficiency in Excel and financial functions
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local payroll tax laws
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Mansioni

• Open, maintain and close payroll tax accounts with third party providers and taxing agencies
• Resolve payroll tax issues with third party providers and taxing agencies
• Review local, state and Federal payroll tax notices for timely resolution
• Research and respond to payroll tax inquiries with strong customer service
• Assist payroll team with complex payroll tax issues
• Ensure unemployment rates are correct and updated timely
• Year-End: review, reconcile and release of all W-2s including corrections
• Coordinate payroll tax returns with third party tax vendor
• Comply with all local, state and federal income tax laws
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
• Document and update procedures
