Build Group, Inc. seeks a Payroll Supervisor to lead a team of payroll professionals in Walnut Creek, CA. The role partners with external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate payroll administration in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
You will establish SOPs, mentor staff, and drive compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in payroll, 2+ years supervising, and strong ADP experience.
The Payroll Supervisor will lead a team of payroll professionals responsible for all facets of Payroll, including partnering with external payroll partners for the timely and accurate administration of payroll. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong problem‑solving abilities and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. This role is fully on‑site in our Walnut Creek office.
