Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple clients.
• Review payroll data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and timekeeping issues.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and support payroll team members.
• Monitor workflow, establish priorities, and ensure payroll deadlines are met.
• Maintain confidential company information within payroll software.
• Communicate payroll deadlines and assist with payroll-related inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.

• Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for multiple clients.
