Base pay range

$30.00/yr - $40.00/yr

A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee and improve its payroll processes. This fully remote role offers the chance to collaborate closely with the technology team to optimize system integrations and ensure smooth payroll operations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will work alongside another Payroll Specialist. This position offers great pay and the opportunity to grow within an innovative environment.

Job Function

• Own and manage the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Revise and improve billing workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with the technology team to integrate billing systems with proprietary software.
• Support technical configurations to ensure seamless billing for licensed clients.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to troubleshoot and resolve billing-related issues.
• Assist in the transition process, preparing for a structured handover of responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing is required.
