Responsibilities

• Process biweekly hourly payroll accurately and on schedule with review of earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll inquiries (UKG, Workforce Ready, timesheets, paychecks, deductions).
• Route out-of-scope inquiries and escalate complex payroll matters to the Payroll Manager.
• Manage payroll changes and communications for accurate record-keeping.
• Review new hire setups and employee changes entered by HR for biweekly employees.
