Job summary

Reporting to the Director of HR Systems & Payroll, you will coordinate biweekly cycles, review timekeeping, and resolve discrepancies with a service-first mindset.

This role requires an associate degree and at least two years of payroll experience, with proficiency in Workday and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum of hands-on payroll processing.
• Experience reviewing timecards, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Ability to research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate biweekly payroll processing.
• Validate timecards and payroll data.
• Process adjustments and corrections.
• Monitor deadlines and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax and reporting requirements.
