Responsibilities

• Ensure payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping data; resolve discrepancies.
• Administer garnishments and deductions, meeting deadlines and confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits and reconciliations.
• Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2s and tax reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to reflect employee changes and deductions.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain organized payroll records.
