Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-state payrolls.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and coordination with third‑party providers.
• Experience handling garnishments and other court‑ordered deductions.
• Proficiency with payroll software and ERP systems; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including reconciling discrepancies and supporting audits.
• Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative with HR, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities.
• Verify timesheets, calculate wages, and process regular and off-cycle payroll runs.
• Handle payroll tax reporting, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting; assist with audits and process improvements.
