National University seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records. This remote role requires significant experience in payroll, accounting, and knowledge of relevant tools like Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail, contributing to operational excellence in a diverse academic environment.
Under direct supervision, process and audit accurate and timely payroll for multiple pay groups. Use pay factors according to the National University policies as well as local, state and federal guidelines to ensure an accurate payroll. Maintains accurate payroll records in order to deliver accurate and on-time pay to employees ultimately impacting customer satisfaction and profitability. May evaluate and recommend changes to policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance automation.

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
