• FPC or CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time for exempt and non-exempt staff across multiple FEINs.
• Verify new hires and enter correct payroll data.
• Maintain coworker payroll records and timekeeping data.
• Audit timekeeping for compliance with standards, government, and union requirements.
• Pay coworkers according to payroll cycles and handle adjustments.
