Empowered Hospitality is seeking a Payroll Operations professional to join our HR team in the NYC area. You will administer payroll, conduct audits, configure and evaluate payroll systems, and analyze platforms to support accurate client deliverables.

This role requires close collaboration with senior colleagues and direct client engagement, offering growth opportunities through continued learning and process improvements within hospitality payroll operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in payroll or HR operations with a focus on accuracy.
• Professional certifications preferred (SHRM, PMP) but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll administration, including set-up and processing.
• Payroll audits and system configuration.
• Payroll system selection and troubleshooting.
• Reporting and analysis using HRIS and spreadsheets.
• Join client meetings, take notes, and provide payroll insights.
• Organize E|H documents and tools; pursue ongoing education.
• Contribute to knowledge management and auditing tools.
