KerberRose is seeking a payroll professional to join our collaborative team in Wisconsin. You will handle data entry, payroll record updates, and client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service quality. The role offers mentorship and opportunities for CPP, CPA, and QuickBooks Pro Advisor designations.

Competenze

• Prior payroll processing experience.

Mansioni

• Collect, compile and enter payroll data.
• Update payroll records by recording changes, including insurance coverage, loan payments, salary increases and terminations.
• Prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes, insurance and leave.
• Address client pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information.
• Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications.
• Produce federal, state and local tax payments.
• Prepare and submit W-2 and W-3 forms by appropriate deadlines.
• Provide customer-focused interaction with clients via phone, email, and in-person communication.
