Cinemark is seeking a Payroll Processor/Specialist to manage biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees, ensuring accurate processing and applying company policies. You will respond to payroll inquiries, handle tax withholdings, garnishments, and maintain employee records in a timely, confidential manner.

This role requires 2–3 years of multi-state payroll experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of multi-state, multi-location payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.
• Excellent customer service.
• Highest level of confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and time management.
• Ability to work independently but as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
• Confirm and deduct appropriate taxes, garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve concerns timely.
• Responsible for updating employee records.
• Electronically file all employee forms.
• Back up for payroll tax, unemployment and garnishment remittance.
• Handle all I-9 tracking, management and compliance.
