Roeslein & Associates, a global leader in engineering and construction services, seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle biweekly payroll across multiple entities. You will collaborate with Accounting and HR to handle timecards, deductions, wage requirements, and year-end reporting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to payroll regulations. Proficiency with UKG Ready or Oracle HRIS is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG Ready/Oracle or similar payroll/HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsabilités

• Process full-cycle biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Manage timecard processing and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements and payroll taxes.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and assist with audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and deductions.
