Responsibilities include processing garnishments, assisting the accounting team with accounts receivable and payable, supporting risk management with commercial insurance and workers' compensation audits, and handling finance-related items such as property taxes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, business, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Ready preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly payroll operations and transactions for all locations.
• Process garnishments and ensure compliance.
• Assist accounting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other transactions.
• Support risk management with commercial insurance and workers' compensation audits.
• Responsible for Finance-related items, including property taxes.
• Assist in annual completion of state property tax returns.
