The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve payroll inquiries efficiently. Two years of accounting or payroll experience and a High School diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in accounting or payroll preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to pass a proficiency test.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines.
• Spanish speaking desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administers timely payroll payments and maintains confidentiality.
• Manages attendance records, training hours, and hours worked.
• Generates reports for departments and leadership as needed.
• Ensures payroll documents and adjustments are accurate and complete.
• Handles direct deposits and wage deductions, and reconciles payroll files.
• Responds to payroll inquiries and resolves disputes with team members.
