Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll for a mid-sized employee population in a multi-state or complex payroll environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and compliance.
• Experience administering employee benefits, including health, retirement, and related programs.
• Proficient with payroll systems, expense management platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and supporting documentation to support audits, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Administer employee benefit programs and assist with enrollment, changes, deductions, and employee inquiries.
• Review payroll adjustments, special payments, incentive compensation, and other non-routine payroll transactions.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to support reporting, reconciliations, month-end activities, and payroll-related projects.
