Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees.

You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Warroad, MN operations, while ensuring compliance with tax and wage regulations and preparing payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience processing biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff.
• Experience validating time and attendance data and maintaining HRIS records.
• Ability to generate payroll reports and respond to employee inquiries.

Responsibilities
